We are urgently looking for Senior HR consultants. Their scope of work will be:

1. Advisory services as part of the project team

- Understand the customer’s challenges

- Provide business solution options and best-fit recommendations

- Analyze, optimize and implement reviewed HR Processes according to the project objectives and scope

- Manage change and integration throughout the projects

 2. Business development

- Contribute to sales/marketing activities

- Create and sustain a large network of customers and suppliers

- Develop business scope and activities

 3. Intellectual property building

- Improve the existing knowledge base and the intellectual property library through innovative and creative contributions

 

Qualifications/Profile

Education

- Master’s degree or equivalent

- Any additional degree is welcome

Experience

- Experience as a HR Business Analyst or min 5 years of experience in the HR function or in HR-related services

- Knowledge of and/or project experience in one or more of the following fields would be an asset

- Process analysis, improvement or automation

- Selection, development and implementation of HRIS

- Project Management experience or interest and capability to develop skills in this area

- HR experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll

Skills

- Analytical mind and problem solving skills

- Self starter/entrepreneur

- Innovator/creative thinker

- Pragmatic

- Excellent communicator in French, preferably also in Dutch and English

- Commercial spirit

- Affinity with Information and Communication Technologies or wish to further develop skills in this area

- Mastery of Desktop Applications in order to support and increase efficiency of work , esp. MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, pref. also MS Project and Visio). Experience with Sharepoint is welcome

- Able to work autonomously as well as in a team

- Eager to learn

- People management skills

- Flexible and mobile
